Detailed Description

A topoSetCellSource to select cells attached to the outside of this cellSet, and add into/remove from this cellSet.

Operands:

output cellSet $FOAM_CASE/constant/polyMesh/sets/<set>
Usage
Minimal example by using system/topoSetDict.actions:

where the entries mean:

Options for the action entry:

      add      | Add selected cells into this cellSet
      subtract | Remove selected cells from this cellSet
Note
  • action=new is not available for haloToCell.
  • When removing halo cells, this strips off any cells on the boundary of the cellSet.
