This boundary condition provides an oscillating condition in terms of amplitude and frequency.

$ x_p $ = patch values
$ x_{ref} $ = patch reference values
$ x_o $ = patch offset values
$ a $ = amplitude
$ f $ = frequency [1/s]
$ t $ = time [s]
