Combination of heatConductionFoam and buoyantFoam for conjugate heat transfer between solid regions and fluid regions.

Note:

• Both regions support the fvOptions framework.
• It handles secondary fluid or solid circuits which can be coupled thermally with the main fluid region. i.e radiators, etc.
